    Policies

    What is the cancellation policy for corporate/group booking?

    For corporate, group or long stays (more than 14 days) reservations, please contact the property or sales manager directly.

    COVID-19: Can I cancel my reservation that was booked via third-party?

    Given the dynamic nature of the situation and varied and changing travel restrictions in many countries, we are constantly reviewing our policies to keep pace with updates, and we will continue to work with you to find the best solutions for your accommodation needs during your travels.

    All our properties will endeavour to ensure flexibility in your reservations. However, policies may vary from time to time as they are subjected to changes in local government regulations.     COVID-19: Is your property being block-booked by the government / used as quarantine facilities?

    Capri By Fraser, Brisbane is not being used as a quarantine facility. Guests who have been granted government exemption or considered essential workers may choose to self-isolate at Capri By Fraser, Brisbane. In this instance, additional heightened safety and hygiene precautions will be implemented. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are required to self-isolate.

    Frasers Hospitality is continuously monitoring the situation and remains in direct contact with the local government to ensure that communication remains open and the most relevant information given to our guests and staff is up-to-date.

    COVID-19: Are the hotel facilities open for usage?

    Our recreational and meeting facilities,  such as the swimming pool, gym, steam, sauna and conference floor are open to guests, however guests are required to maintain social distancing and practice good hygiene when using these facilities.

    COVID-19: What are the sanitation routines and policies in place now due to Covid-19?

    We are actively monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organisation for the latest policies. All our properties have heightened their preventive measures and our staff are well-informed to assist guests to ease any anxieties. This includes, but not limited to:

    • Intensified cleaning and sanitizing of public spaces and facilities
    • Clear and instructional guides/poster placed throughout to facilitate safe distancing requirements
    • Contactless payment options made available
    • Availability of masks, sanitizers and thermometers

    • 24/7 management support team to implement any additional and immediate measures recommended by health authorities

    COVID-19: Has Frasers Hospitality been awarded with any Hygiene Accreditation?

    Capri By Fraser, Brisbane has successfully completed an SGS audit.  SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Through risk assessment, audits and inspections processes, a cleaning and disinfection verification program, Capri By Fraser, Brisbane has successfully complied and passed this audit program. 

    COVID-19: Are you accepting new reservations / check ins

    We are currently accepting new reservations and welcome all guests in accordance with local regulations and recommendations. 

    Our Reservation Team will be in touch with all guests that have an upcoming reservation. Due to the developing situation of COVID-19 and its uncertainties, we will work alongside you to allay any concerns you may have with regards to your reservation.     What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each room type?

    Studio Deluxe and Executive, the maximum is 2

    Studio Premier and 1 Bedroom Executive, the maximum is 3

    Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Capri by Fraser, Brisbane / Australia.

    Sustainability - Do you have a sustainability accreditation?

    The Capri by Fraser has been accredited NABERS Water and Energy accreditation ratings. NABERS (which stands for the National Australian Built Environment Rating System) provides simple, reliable, and comparable sustainability measurement across building sectors.

    What are the services and facilities offered?

    Gym, Pool, Sauna and steam rooms are now open in line with Queensland Government’s social distancing guidelines. The Foosball and Xbox have been removed from the laundrette area.

    What are the payment options?

    We are a cashless hotel. 

    All credit card payments will incur 1.3% surcharge.

    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym with a space for yoga located on level 2 for our inhouse guest.

    Is internet access provided?

    Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property.

    What is the check-in time?

    Our check-in time is 3:00pm
       

    What is the check-out time?

    Check-out time is 11.00am. 

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast - Monday to Friday

    7am - 10:30am

    What is the cost of breakfast?

    As the buffet is currently closed, Blackfire is offering a delicious a la carte breakfast menu. Please see our Dining tab for more information on our menu.

    What are the available dining options?

    All-day dining is available at Black Fire Restaurant with in-room dining available 24/7. The well-equipped kitchenette also provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    All rooms come with a king sized bed. Twin bed configuations can be requested, subject to availability.

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Yes, baby cots are provided complimentary, while additional rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of AUD 45.00 per night only for Studio Premier and One Bedroom Apartments.

    Are the residences disabled-friendly?

    Yes, Capri by Fraser, Brisbane / Australia is disabled-friendly.
    There are limited disabled-friendly rooms available on request.

    Onsite secure self-parking is available for $40.00 per vehicle per day. Subject to availability.

    Is there any construction around the hotel?

    Cross River Rail construction works are ongoing – Blasting work will be carried out between 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Saturday. We anticipate minimal noise and vibration from these works however we will inform you on check-in if these works will be taking place during your stay with us.

    Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

    The closest bank is Commonwealth Bank located at 109 Albert Steet.

    The closest ATMs are Westpac ATM located at 108 Albert Street and rediATM in Capitol Hill Building located at 85 George Street.
