    What are the services and facilities offered?

    Our hotel features world-class facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, his and hers steam room and sauna, and a 24/7 gym. We cater to your routine, so you’re welcome to enjoy yoga at dawn or kickboxing at midnight while staying with us.     Yes, we offer an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room and a 24/7 fully equipped gymnasium with all the latest fitness equipment available for our guests' use.

    Breakfast is served from 6:30am – 10:00am on weekdays and 7:00am – 10:30am on weekends.


    What are the available dining options?

    Our all-day dining restaurant, features menus by Black Fire Restaurant, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. 24/7 in room dining is also available. For more dining recommendations, please visit Dining.

    Are laundry services provided?

    Our 24/7 Spin & Play room is a self-service launderette with interactive games complimnetary for guests. Dry cleaning services are also available for an additional charge.

    When is check-out time?

    Our check-out time is 11:00am. If you would like to request a later check out, please email reservations.brisbane@capribyfraser.com or if you're in-house please call reception.

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Baby cots are complimentary. Extra beds are available for One Bedroom Executive rooms only for an additional charge of $45.00 per night. 

    Are newspapers provided?

    Complimentary newspapers are available for all guests. Please speak with reception on check-in as to your requirements.

    Do you offer special access rooms?

    Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

    Onsite secured valet parking is available at a cost of $45.00 per day, and $40.00 per day for self parking.

    King or twin bedding is available in all room types.

    What is the reception operating hours?

    The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

    Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

    Yes, we can store your luggage with reception until your room becomes available, or after check-out if your flight is not until later in the day and you wish to explore the city.

    There are various transport options within walking distance of Capri by Fraser Brisbane. Recommended transportation from International/Domestic Airport to Brisbane City:

    Brisbane Central station is 15 minutes walk, a bus stop is located nearby by our hotel approximately 300 metres on Charlotte Street and the nearest ferry is located on Eagle Street Pier which is 7 minutes walk . Alternatively a shuttle bus or private car can be arranged for you through our Concierge desk.

    Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

    Banks and ATMs are located within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from hotel. Our reception & concierge will be able to assist with directions on your arrival.

    What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each room type?

    All of our Deluxe Studios and Executive Studios can accommodate a maximum of two people while our One Bedroom Apartments can accommodate a maximum of three people at an additional cost.

    Are pets allowed?

    We currently only allow guide dogs.
