    is Capri by Fraser Brisbane a COVID 19 quarantine hotel?

    Capri By Fraser Brisbane does not take COVID 19 quarantine bookings and is focused on leisure and business bookings.  


    Is there any construction around the hotel?

    Cross River Rail construction works are ongoing – from 1st July to 31st August blasting works will commence on the cross river rail site. Blasting work will be carried out between 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Saturday. We anticipate minimal noise and vibration from these works however we will inform you on check-in if these works will be taking place during your stay with us.

    Does the hotel have COVID19 procedures

    What are the services and facilities offered?

    Gym, Pool, Sauna and steam are now open in line with Queensland Government’s social distancing guidelines. The Foosball and Xbox have been removed from the laundrette area.

    What are the payment options?

    We are a cashless hotel. 

    All credit card payments will incur 1.5% surcharge.

    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym with a space for yoga located on level 2 for our inhouse guest.

    Is internet access provided?

    Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property.

    Our check-in time is 3:00pm

    Check-out time is 11.00am.

    What is the cost of breakfast?

    As the buffet is currently closed, Blackfire is offering a delicious a la carte breakfast menu. Please see our Dining tab for more information on our menu.

    What are the available dining options?

    All-day dining is available at Black Fire Restaurant with in-room dining available 24/7. The well-equipped kitchenette also provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment.

    Other highly recommended places for lunch or dinner include Eagle St Pier and South Bank. Both places offer a variety of cuisines, ranging from casual to fine dining.

    Yes, our pool is heated to 26°

    The laundry room is complimentary and open 24/7 for inhouse guests

    All rooms come with a king sized bed. Twin bed configuations can be requested, subject to availability.

    Yes, baby cots are provided complimentary, while additional rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of AUD 45.00 per night only for Studio Premier and One Bedroom Apartments.
